What are the different ways customers can get their orders from PackNest?

  • Express delivery (local only): For those urgent needs within local Auckland areas.
  • Click & collect: Pick up your order directly from our Auckland location at your convenience.

Once someone places an order, how long does it usually take for their goodies to arrive?

Delivery times can vary depending on your chosen method and location:

  • Standard delivery: Typically arrives within 1–3 business days after dispatch.
  • Same-day delivery (Auckland metro): Available for eligible orders placed before our daily cut-off time 10 AM (Monday-Friday). Please check availability at checkout.
  • Click & collect: Orders are generally ready for pickup once confirmed, often within the same or next business day. You'll receive a notification when your order is ready for collection from our Auckland base.

Are there any delivery costs, or ways customers can get free shipping? What about special conditions, like for rural addresses or larger orders?

  • Delivery costs & free shipping: Delivery costs vary depending on your location, order size, and selected shipping option.
  • Standard & express delivery: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. Express delivery will incur a higher fee due to priority handling.
  • Free shipping: Free shipping may be available for orders over a specified minimum spend over $100.00. This threshold will be clearly displayed at checkout when applicable.
  • Rural deliveries: Rural addresses in New Zealand may incur an additional delivery surcharge and slightly longer delivery timeframes. This will be calculated at checkout.
  • Bulk & large orders: Large-volume or pallet orders of our paper board trays, catering boxes, corrugated stock boxes, or pizza boxes are shipped via freight carriers. Freight charges are calculated based on pallet size, weight, and delivery location. For significant bulk orders, custom freight pricing may apply – please contact us for a quote.
